Ray and his team did a phenomenal job (2 fan replacements, 2 faucet replacements, one light socket damage fixed). They were quick, clean and very fair in pricing. The repairs are precise and look great. Beyond the repairs, Ray also gave me some great, helpful additional information to ensure we don't have other problems in the future.

We are so thankful to have Carmen from RR Services onsite daily to oversee the numerous projects we have ongoing on a day-to-day basis. For those of you who are unfamiliar with Carmen, she is charged with assisting Ray to help oversee the various projects at the complex. She also engages with homeowners and handles most interactions and fields the escalations. She also oversees the staff and ensures that they adhere to established schedules and she is overall a trusted source for community issues. We are grateful to have such an instrumental and caring person facilitating the progress of many projects at Westend and we hope she will be with us for many years to come.
